Nonstress Test

Shonn and I went for our 36 week appointment today, which started with a nonstress test.  Today, they told me to click the button anytime I felt baby move.  I was clicking it like crazy. So much so that Michelle, the nurse, came in about 10 minutes into the test and asked if my finger was going numb.  Ha! She said she was kind of waiting to see if Baby would slow down at all, but she said it wasn't happening.  She is a little dancer, I tell you!  So she said I could stop.  No contractions (yay!), but my blood pressure was a little elevated.

Back Friday for more tests.

We are getting close!

The nonstress test room. Under the sheet are 2 monitors - one for contractions and one for baby's heart rate. I'm holding the clicker in my hand.  There's also a TV so we could relax while I clicked away. :)
