Toothy Grin

Harper now has four teeth and two more close to making their debut. I love this picture from church yesterday because you can see her teeth in the little face she always makes, kind of rubbing her teeth together. 

Swimming Reader

Beckett has so much energy lately we've been trying to extend his activity a little later on the evening. He loves going swimming at the civic center. Another favorite activity is the library. I enjoy the special time I have with him, just like I love the cuddles and okay time with Harper. It's a blessing to be able to spend tie with each child individually! And I'm beyond thankful for a husband who is a hands-on dad and enjoys the same thing.

Sick Little Sweeties

We had a bad round of the stomach flu, which resulted in everyone in our house getting sick, except me. (PTL...someone had to keep up with the laundry!)

Little Miss Harp even ended up in the ER for dehydration, but thankfully, came out of it with Zofran and avoided the need for an IV. Here's a pic of her first hospital visit (I wouldn't mind if it were the last.)

^^Happy once the medicine kicked in! She also saved a few smiles for the ER Doctor, who was wearing a mask. She really liked him, and of course, they all loved her. 

I am so thankful to have healthy children. I cannot imagine the pain of parents whose kiddos are chronically ill. It is heartbreaking to see your little ones sick.
