Harper is one week old today! We had her first doctor's appointment yesterday and I was anxious about her weight. She had dropped to 5 pounds 3 ounces when we left the hospital on Sunday and I was praying she had started to gain some weight back. I was thrilled to hear she was 5 pounds 9 ounces - 6 ounces in 3 days! She was also 19.25 inches, which was much longer than they measured her at the hospital.
Dr. Leifheit (we love her!) was very happy with her and how things were going. We go back next Friday for a weight check.
