This weekend, our church congregation signed up for various service projects in and around Mattoon. Our elementary school was one site. These wonderful volunteers (and a few not pictured) joined Beckett and me at 8:00 on Saturday morning to pull weeds from overgrown flower beds in the front of the school. The dry ground made weeding a challenge, but they tackled the project with a smile. Thank you so much for your time and service; we appreciate you!
