Kiddos at TNT

These kids belong to my really good friends from high school! We hardly get together, but this is the second time in about a month we've gotten to see each other, with a few changes in the roster. From left to right, there is Brody Bennett (my friend Angie's son), then Julia and Hayden Moody (Joni's kiddos), Gabe Bennet (Brody's brother) holding Beckett, and next to them are Evie and Michael Walton (Carrie's daughter and son). We met at TNT Pizza for lunch today in an impromtu get-together. Angie and Carrie both live out-of-town, and even though Joni and I both live in town AND send our kids to Casey, we hardly get to see each other. Casey and her kids were going to come, but they weren't feeling great. Katy couldn't make it, either, but we all agreed to continue the effort of the occasional get-together. The next one may be for Sullivan's Homecoming, which is in early October. It's really fun to share this phase of our lives and to see my friends as mothers. They've done a great job.
