Beckett helped his dad blow out candles this year! He also dressed up for the occasion. (Shonn had on the same outfit, but I made him change for pictures.) This picture shows the extent of celebration I could convince Shonn to have - when I said I wanted to video the event, I thought he was going to pick up the cake and go outside to escape. Hopefully Beckett will want birthday extravaganzas like his mommy, but I'm betting he'll be like Dad and say, "Seriously, Mom? Another picture?"
